Renaa wanted to realise the benefits of launching a gift card product. By allowing their experience to be ‘gifted’, Renaa knew it could open up a new revenue stream, attract new customers as well as satisfy the needs of existing customers.
Simple solution and quick integration
Renaa launched Diggecard’s gift card solution in 2019. This was installed into their website within an hour or two, allowing gift card design, sales, payment, redemption and reporting. The solution allows the Renaa team to effectively manage all aspects of their gift card product, and measure its success whilst delivering the high quality and excellent customer experience already associated with the brand.
Personalised gifting and timed delivery
Customers shopping for a Renaa digital gift card can include a personalised video or image to send to their recipient. They can also select the date and time of delivery using the ‘timed delivery’ feature. Customers can organise their gifting in advance with peace of mind, knowing it will be delivered at the optimum time. The personalisation capabilities of the solution allows customers to enhance the gifting experience.
Marketing opportunity
By adding a gift card product to their revenue streams, Renaa has also been able to use it to create an enhanced shopping experience. In the lead up to Christmas 2020, customers were able to get their gift card wrapped and signed by the chef providing an added service to customers as well as PR for the brand.
