Enhancing an existing membership programme
Offering outstanding benefits to their 180,000 members in the UK is a key goal for Anytime Fitness. Their AF Connect Online platform was already up and running when they approached Diggecard to find out how we could help provide further enhancements to their benefit programme.
Anytime Fitness wanted to look at how they could work with Diggecard to gain access to our retail partnerships and deliver more value to their loyal members. Big brand names and the idea that they could offer discounted digital gift cards from those brands to their members was appealing, especially with the simple online integration involved.
Members access their own online gift card shop
It was agreed that Gift Card Marketplace was the best solution to offer Anytime Fitness. Gift Card Marketplace helps to drive engagement, loyalty, retention and acquisition amongst customers, employees and members by providing exclusive access to their very own online gift card shop.
Bespoke branding and speedy integration
We quickly created a bespoke branded version for Anytime Fitness to be able to integrate into their current website via i-frame. This is only available to a closed membership group via a secure login. Here members can browse the brands available to purchase at a discount. The brand portfolio was preselected by the Anytime Fitness team to ensure synergies with their own brand proposition.
Delivering great value on everyday purchases
The discounted gift cards available to members can deliver real savings on many of their everyday purchases. According to the ONS, if members shop using these discounted gift cards, they could save up to £1250 per year.
As part of our ongoing consultative partnership with Anytime Fitness, we are working together to promote the programme to members to help maximise its engagement and value.
