Diggecard achieves ISO 27001 certification: strengthening security, trust and confidence for our clients

We are proud to announce that Diggecard has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for information security management.

This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting the data, systems and services that underpin the gift card programmes and platforms we deliver for our clients across the globe.

Security as a foundation for growth

As gift card programmes become increasingly integrated into customer engagement, loyalty and digital commerce strategies, the importance of robust information security has never been greater.

Our clients trust Diggecard to power critical parts of their gift card ecosystems. Achieving ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that we have implemented a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS), with rigorous controls, processes and governance designed to identify, manage and mitigate security risks across our organisation.

For our clients, this provides additional confidence that security, risk management and continuous improvement are embedded throughout our technology, operations and service delivery.

What ISO 27001 means for our clients

ISO 27001 certification provides independent verification that Diggecard operates to globally recognised information security standards.

For our clients and partners, this means:

  • Greater assurance that information assets are protected through robust security controls
  • Strong governance and risk management processes across our business
  • Ongoing monitoring, review and continuous improvement of our security practices
  • Increased confidence when selecting Diggecard as a trusted technology and services partner
  • Support for their own compliance, security and supplier due diligence requirements

As organisations face growing regulatory requirements and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, partnering with suppliers that demonstrate strong security credentials is more important than ever.

Transparency through our Trust Centre

Alongside achieving certification, we are committed to providing greater transparency around our security and compliance practices.  Clients and prospective partners can access our Trust Centre, where they can find information relating to our security controls, compliance commitments and governance framework.

Our Trust Centre has been designed to make it easier for organisations to evaluate Diggecard’s security posture and gain the information they need during procurement, onboarding and ongoing vendor management processes.  Interested parties can request access to the certificate itself by contacting our team.

A team achievement

Achieving ISO 27001 certification represents a significant investment and a tremendous effort across the entire Diggecard organisation.

It is the result of collaboration between our technology, operations, compliance, leadership teams and external consultancy partners, all working towards a shared goal of delivering secure, resilient and trusted solutions for our clients.

As we continue to expand our global gift card technology and services platform, maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance will remain a core priority.  Diggecard’s Chair, Susanne Brønnum said, “achieving ISO 27001 certification is an important milestone for Diggecard and reflects our commitment to operating to the highest standards of information security. As gift card programmes become increasingly integrated into customer engagement and digital commerce strategies, our clients need confidence that their technology partners are secure, resilient and trusted. This certification provides independent validation of the controls, processes and governance we have built across our business and reinforces our commitment to protecting the data and systems our clients rely on every day.”
