Bergen, Norway – 23rd October 2025 – Diggecard, a leading provider of gift card solutions, today announced the unification of its previously separate entities into a single Group company. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Diggecard’s evolution, positioning the company to deliver even greater value across the entire gift card ecosystem – from cutting-edge technology to sales and strategic expertise.
Under the leadership of Arvid Torset as Group CEO, Diggecard’s divisions have achieved strong growth, expanding both sales and client base. This success has laid the foundation for a more integrated approach, enabling Diggecard to fully leverage its capabilities across markets and functions.
To further strengthen its focus on innovation – particularly in the area of artificial intelligence – Arvid Torset will transition into a new role as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Innovation. In this capacity, he will spearhead the company’s strategic development and innovation agenda.
Stepping into the role of Group CEO is Andrew Johnson, currently CEO of Diggecard UK Ltd. Andrew will resume full responsibility for leading the Group and executing its strategic vision across all regions and business units.
“These changes mark an exciting new chapter for Diggecard”, said Susanne Brønnum, Chair of the Board. “With a unified structure and a renewed focus on innovation, we are well positioned to accelerate growth, stay ahead of industry trends, and continue delivering outstanding service to our customers”.
